Terms of Service & Booking Policy Welcome to Klassy Love Language. By booking a curated room experience with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure we can provide the high-end, seamless service your special occasion deserves. 1. Booking & Deposits To secure your requested setup date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. The deposit is non-refundable, as it holds your date and prevents other bookings for that specific time slot. 2. Final Payment The remaining balance of your curated experience must be paid in full by 11:59 PM (local time) the day before your scheduled setup. Failure to settle the balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your service and forfeiture of your deposit. We do not accept balance payments at the time of setup. 3. Hotel Access & Coordination For experiences taking place in a hotel or third-party venue, the client is responsible for ensuring our team has access to the space. Clients must choose one of the following two options: Hotel Notification: After booking your stay, you must notify the hotel that Klassy Love Language will be arriving to set up your room. You must provide the hotel with our contact information and authorization to access the room prior to your check-in. In-Person Entry: If you prefer not to share access with the hotel, you may choose to meet our team at the hotel lobby prior to your arrival to grant us entry to the room. Important If our team is denied access to the room due to lack of hotel notification or a missed meeting time, the setup may be delayed or cancelled without a refund. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, the $100 deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments made toward the balance may be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours prior to the event. Rescheduling: We allow one (1) rescheduling of your date, provided we are notified at least 48 hours in advance and the new date is available. 5. Liability & Damages While we treat every space with the utmost care, Klassy Love Language is not responsible for: Any fees or penalties charged by the hotel for the use of decor (e.g., rose petals, candles, or tape). Damages to the room caused by the hotel staff or guests after our setup is complete. Clients are encouraged to check with their specific hotel regarding their policies on decorations. 6. Acceptance of Terms By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
